PAUL Partnership is an organisation made up of communities, state agencies, social partners, voluntary groups and elected representatives. It works with local communities that have benefited least from economic and social development and aims to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life of people living in these communities. PAUL manages a number of programmes including the Local Employment Service, the Money Advice & Budgeting Service and the Territorial Employment Pact. These programmes support a range of services and activities in the communities including Education & Training, the Community Action Centres, Information of Jobs, advice on Welfare Entitlements and Support for the Development of Small Businesses.
