Welfare Rights is a programme being offered that leads to a FETAC level 6 certificate in Social and Civil Information.
This module is designed to equip learners with the necessary understanding and appreciation of the role of information provision, detailed subject knowledge and information systems required to respond effectively to multifaceted queries. The module will be delivered during a period of planned, structured and supervised workplace training, and is carried out under normal operational work pressures.
The module will be run two days a month over a period of six months.
