The company plans to recruit 250 graduates over the next five years in Ireland The jobs will include all engineering disciplines, as well as architecture, environmental, construction and project management.
CEO Dave Murphy said: “Last year, we rolled out a five year strategic plan, the key aim of which was to build our business in established core sectors and regions through improvements across our delivery platforms and business processes. The 2015 performance is testament to the endeavours of the 2,200 people working in PM Group across multiple offices and projects in Ireland, the UK, Europe, the US and Asia.”
PM Group has reported operating profit of €10.9 million for 2015, an increase of 21% on the previous year. The company said turnover for the year was €297 million, down from 2014 due to a reduction in construction ‘pass-through’ revenue on 2014. Net worth at year end was €42m.
PM Group is an international project delivery company, based in Dublin and with offices in Europe, the US and Asia. It provides project management, process design, facility design and construction management for leading multinational companies, operating in the pharmaceutical, food, mission critical, med-tech, advanced manufacturing and energy sectors.
Last year the company bought back the 24.6% shareholding owned by AMEC Foster Wheeler, so the company is now 100% owned by its employees.
