Outsourced customer services provider Zevas Communications has announced 40 new jobs for its offices in Cork and Dublin.

Zevas’ Cork HQ will receive the bulk of the 40 new jobs, as it ups its overall staffing figures from 145 to 185 in the country.

Business development, telesales and quality positions are all included in the new roles, to help support a company that has offices in Hamburg and Moscow, too.

The company delivers customer sales and support services to Irish tech companies, with the utilities sector noted, while also working with global brands like Google and PayPal.

“Today’s new jobs announcement is thrilling news for us as a business because it reflects a period of sustained growth created on the back of some major new client wins,” said John O’Sullivan, COO of Zevas.

“Boosting our team will allow us scale up faster and continue to shine bright on the world stage of outsourced customer contact solutions.

“While we’re offering 40 jobs for now, I expect this to be just the start of our ongoing recruitment with ambitious plans to treble our employee numbers by 2019.”
