Pre Budget Submission: why should the less well off pay?

Today the Department of Social and Family Affairs will host its annual Pre-budget Forum in St Andrew's Resource Centre in Pearse Street, Dublin. The Irish National Organisation of the Unemployed will avail of this opportunity to present its pre-budget submission to Minister Martin Cullen, TD, his officials and a cross section of community and voluntary organisations.
