Ballygarry House Hotel & Spa is a luxury 4 star hotel which is located on the outskirts of Tralee is looking to recruit the following personnel to share in our passion for delivering the highest standard and quality of food to our guests in a safe and hygienic environment.
We are inviting applications for the following positions:
Restaurant & Brasserie and Pastry Chefs
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment and be able to work as part of a team in our busy kitchen. A good knowledge of HACCP and good communication skills is necessary for this position. You must be flexible in your role and be available to work evenings and weekends. The positions require that you work 5 day week and split shifts are not required.
