Customer management services firm Convergys is creating an additional 100 new job at its Dublin contact centre.

The company, which delivers customer service and technical support services to BT broadband and phone customers in the UK, also has a site at Woodford Business Park, Santry.

Convergys is now actively recruiting for a number of roles across its operational and support functions, to deliver customer service and technical support services to BT broadband and phone customers in the UK. New recruits can expect to receive a comprehensive training programme from BT and Convergys broadband professionals.
