International investor Europa Capital has confirmed its acquisition of the former Clerys premises on O'Connell Street, Dublin, from businesswoman Deirdre Foley's Natrium consortium.
Europa Capital said that it expects 750 construction jobs to be created during the redevelopment of the O'Connell Street property, and 400 jobs to be delivered once the project is complete.
