Voxpro, the call-centre technology firm set up by Dan and Linda Kiely that was recently sold to Canada's Telus International, is to recruit up to 400 new people in Cork as it opens a bigger office there.
The company has also increased its headcount in Dublin, where it occupies offices adjacent to the docklands-based Point Depot.
The new full-time roles will be spread across the breadth of the business in management, training, tech support, customer experience operations, sales, trust and safety, and finance.
