John is responsible for the day to day management of the organisation. John joined the INOU in January 1999 as Personnel and Development Officer and took up his current position in July 2008. John had extensive senior managerial experience prior to joining the INOU in the local authority and education sectors in the UK. John is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
