This two-hour online training session will focus on how the different housing payments - Rent Supplement, Housing Assistance Payment and Differential Rent - are assessed.
The module will include information on how these housing supports interact with different social welfare payments.
We will also provide detailed information on taking-up work within the context of housing supports and include practical advice on how best to support people in receipt of social welfare payments to navigate through what is a complex system.
This training course will also explore a range of different case studies.
