The ‘Case Studies & Calculations – Disability Payments & Others (Advanced)’ online module is aimed at Information Officers and others working in a wide range of services. The two-hour online module will focus on a number of Case Studies centred on Disability Payments. The module is designated at the Advanced level and will be suitable for staff who have significant knowledge of the Social Welfare system. We will contact people who have booked into the module to check if there are any Case Study and Calculation that would be most useful to them.
For these different programmes, in addition to the comprehensive presentations, Gerry, our Trainer, will include time for questions, clarification and discussion.
