The INOU are offering an exciting programme designed to help participants develop a career using their life experiences and skills.

The Shaping Futures programme is a QQI accredited training with participants working towards a level 4 major award in Employment Skills. This course includes workplace internships which will draw on participant’s life experiences and skills. Shaping Futures aims to provide learners with the knowledge, skill and competence to work effectively in a range of work settings.  Completion of Shaping Futures will offer participants the opportunity to explore employment or further education.   

Shaping Futures is a yearlong full time programme starting in September each year. The course runs from Monday to Friday 10am – 4.30pm.  The programme is delivered in our Learning Hub which is located at 88-90 Townsend Street, Dublin 2.
