The following poem was produced by the learners participating on the INOU’s Local Training Initiative Shaping Futures.
Starting supportive will help us succeed,
Happiness and humour will help us believe.
An ambitious attitude will help us achieve,
Patience and tolerance is what we need.
Improving our lives with the INOU,
New belief in ourselves will help us push through
Getting us ready for pastures new.
Friendships will be formed along the way,
United together from day to day.
This trustworthy team is here to stay.
Understanding the ultimate goal,
Respecting each other will make us whole.
Encouraging education is good for the soul,
Skills we will build will keep us off the dole!
