• Information material / Leaflets and supporting material
• Website Content Support (no technical or programming experience required)
This role does not involve direct contact with clients in-person or by telephone.

Full in-house training is provided in support of the role, with access to official INOU training courses included.

The main purpose of this post is to work as part of the Welfare to Work Section alongside other Information / Advocacy Officers in providing welfare rights information, by telephone and email only (not in person), to the General Public and INOU affiliate organisations – full training will be provided to the successful person.
