The Dairygold Graduate Development Programme is now open online for applications. The two-year programme is designed to provide graduates with focused development and real responsibility at the early stages of their career giving them the platform to accelerate into leadership roles.
Graduates undertake a Diploma in Management accredited by the Chartered Management Institute of Ireland together with role rotations, 1:1 coaching, personal development plans, buddy system and a mentor programme. Finance graduates also get the opportunity to complete their finance exams with ACCA or CIMA. All exams and materials are fully funded by the Society and paid time off for study leave is provided.
This year Dairygold are seeking to hire 20 graduates across the following functional areas:
- Agri Operations
- Supply Chain
- Continuous Improvement/Technical
- Finance
- Commercial Sales and Marketing
- Production Powder and Cheese
- R&D
- Quality Control
- Engineering
- Production role in our subsidiary company, Malting Company of Ireland

Dairygold has today opened a new €85m state-of-the-art nutritionals campus at its headquarters in Mallow, Co Cork. The new milk processing facility will make a full range of nutritional dairy powers in volumes of up to 1,750 tonnes per week. Much of that produce will become a key component in infant formula, which in turn will be exported to lucrative markets like China.
