Open source specialist Red Hat is pumping €12.7m into its Waterford offices, bidding to bring 60 new roles over the next three years.
Red Hat’s global hub for research and development in Waterford is due an upgrade after muti-million euro plans emerged from the US company.
With €12.7m to invest, the open source software provider is opening a new office at the hub, which Dr. Mícheál Ó Foghlú, CTO of Red Hat Mobile, credits to the local staff’s hard work since the company entered Ireland in 2014.
