Cork-headquartered BPO player Voxpro is to create 400 new jobs at a new Silicon Docks office in Dublin.The expansion will see Voxpro grow the number of employees in Ireland to over 2,000 and 3,000 globally over the next 12-18 months.The new office, based in Dublin’s Point Village, has been built to compete with the standards, capacity and design of Voxpro’s partners’ offices. Many of these, including Google and Airbnb, are located nearby in the Dublin docklands area.
The company, which employs 1,700 people worldwide, was founded in Cork by Dan Kiely and his wife Linda more than 20 years ago.
The company provides tech giants with services such as multilingual customer experience and technical support; trust and safety; risk and fraud activity; social media management, sales, analytics and harnessing product insights.
Hannon said that over the next three to four years, the company is likely to double in size and could potentially employ between 4,000 and 5,000 people, if the present momentum is sustained.
