UK energy technology firm Wavepower Technologies has announced the creation of 10 new jobs in Cork.

The company plans to set up a research and development operation at The Entrepreneur Ship in Ringaskiddy, Co Cork - the world’s first business incubator dedicated to marine and energy companies.

Wavepower Technologies develops commercially viable technology that generates electricity from the sea’s waves.
