Zendesk is boosting its Dublin presence with an office upgrade and a raft of new hires.
CRM software player Zendesk has revealed plans to expand its team in Ireland to more than 500, with the addition of 300 new jobs.
Today (12 July) announcing the new hires, Zendesk will move to a new EMEA HQ in 2018, taking more than 58,000 sq ft of office space at 55 Charlemont Place, Dublin.
“It’s incredible to see how much we’ve grown over the last five years in Ireland,” said Colm Twomey, vice-president of product development at Zendesk.
“The local team includes multiple nationalities bringing a variety of skills, and plays a key role in both Zendesk’s global product development and EMEA sales expansion. This year, we are recruiting for engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, product management as well as Android/iOS development roles.
“We’re also recruiting for a large number of non-tech roles, including in sales, customer advocacy, finance and legal,” Twomey said.
